I am a REALTOR. I give 100% to my clients and so I expect the same with the suppliers of my marketing materials. I am extremely disappointed with COREFACTS and the way my postcards looked when they arrived at the homes in the community that they were sent. They looked horrible! Marks and scraps all over the cards. This was meant to advertise my professionalism in the industry as a producing agent, and they looked anything but professional.
Of course, it was blamed on the post office. I was offered 10% off my next order, but with no reasonable guarantee of clean postcards, there will never be another order with corefacts. Totally unsatisfied. Good luck to you.

I paid them for their mailing list only to find they sent all postcards to the physical addresses, rendering nearly ⅓ of the mailers undeliverable.
You were hired to deliver postcards to the homeowners. They return my payment for the cards that were mismanaged.

After sending out 4 mailings to 4 different neighborhoods and spending several hundred, I had constant issues with their data being inaccurate. I spent more time on the phone trying to get it corrected where I should have been focusing on my business. In the end, they offered me $100 credit in my account to try them again and they wanted me to send them accurate data. They claimed my lists didn’t have square footage info in them but when I looked back they all did. Be careful, you too could be in for a lot of money and get NO RESULTS. Shame on me for continuing to give them a chance.

This software is very user friendly. I like the clean professional templates and options as well as the large selection of color choices. I find that the photos upload very quickly and resolution is great. The radius mailing list is a important feature to us. The 5 star rating absolutely encompasses the customer service. It is prompt and a great support. I was notified when I had too much information for the front of my postcards and was able to correspond with customer support on a more personal level than that of other softwares. I found that part particularly nice and assuring. No one wants to spend good money on something the consumer will have a hard time reading. I would definitely recommend Corefact.

I have been working with Corefact here and there since around 2010. Using this company much more last 4 years. Lovely postcards and great marketing tools. The customer service representatives are all extremely helpful and patient. This is mostly why I use them. I highly recommend Corefact!

I have placed a few orders with Corefact over the past year and two of them have been incorrect. The postcards I received 2 weeks ago were the right card, but wrong Realtor on the back. When I called, she said they would put a rush on the order and I should receive it no later than 2 days from then. Tomorrow will be a week since I called and I still have not received them. Quality of card is very good, but service is disappointing.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Corefact recently got into the production of Real Estate signs and I had wonderful experience ordering my signs. I am incredibly particular when it comes to design work and I was VERY impressed with how the entire process was handled. The timeline from start to finish was impressive. In less than week I had yard signs, open house signs and 40+ riders designed, printed, and shipped to my office. Great work Corefact!!!
