Rick has done all of my captures of my recent series and couple of extra pieces for upcoming shows. That process is interesting to watch and he is a professional with a great eye. On that experience alone I would give him 5 stars. However I did place an order the day that we did a lot of captures - it got lost and took longer than it should have to print 3 giclees and one fine art print. That being said there were lessons learned. I'm very pleased with the quality of the giclees and the fine art print.
