They lost a customer over $1.
*This is my husbands review as he doesn't have a Google account, and such is required in order to leave a review.*
Below is the reason they lost me a customer, and below that is my thoughts on the business otherwise.
I was here in December of 2024 went to the parking lot and showed my wife what I printed. She suggested I print it a bit larger so I returned, printed, and was told the price of the print along with the fee for using the computer. I told the man (Tom) that I paid to use the computer earlier (5 minutes ago), and he said I had to pay to use the computer again since I left the store. I paid and left the store in silence being both frustrated and bewildered at such a strange rule.
The next month I had more printing to do and thought I would give Cheap Copy Center an opportunity to make things right.
As I explained the situation to this woman she interrupted me as she was evidently told about it (or overheard it). I then explained one of the two things was going to happen:
1) She could return the $1 computer fee, and I would continue being a customer.
2) She could refuse to return the $1, lose out on future business, and I would leave reviews of my experience there.
As soon as I mentioned returning the $1 she interrupted restating her rule, and as I explained the second option she again interrupted essentially saying that's fine.
So due to her unwillingness to retain a customer because of their unreasonable rule, Cheap Copy Center has lost out on my future business for $1. Congratulations.
Other than this Cheap Copy Center has good prices, though they are a bit complicated and subject to change.
If you have to use the computer it is $1, but the price increases after 15 minutes of use.
Their cheap prices only exist after you print a certain amount, so if you print just one or two you will pay more.
There is no website so you have to either trust what you find online, read all the signs they have posted in the store, or ask them a bunch of questions when you show up.
The employees do not seem very knowledgable on how to use the computer, so many things you will have to figure out on your own.
Also (at least Tom) seems very worried about germs as he asks people to use hand sanitizer before they touch anything.
Essentially the saying that describes Cheap Copy Center is "you get what you pay for", though you may also get less than you pay for.

Hidden find for a family run shop focused on self copy services. Black and White runs for 3 cents per side. Parking available in the lot adjacent to the building and entry is on street side. CASH only!
