My printer ️ needed some fixing. Called Central Printer Resources. Jim their technician did a house call. He was able resolve my problem. I'm very grateful, love my printer, it is a work horse and I didn't want to buy anything new. Plus my printer has been discontinued:(. Thanks again for a great job! These guys are the best! I order remanufactured toner cartridges. They produce the same quality as the name brand, are way less expensive and print more sheets per cartridge. I get next day or two day delivery depending on my needs. I have not used their repair service. If I ever do need my printer repaired, they are my "go to".

Within the past year, I finally switched from an inkjet printer to a laser printer. Saving a lot of money on toner cartridges vs. the HP ink cartridges.
