I stopped by this company a couple of times in the past two weeks and called when I arrived and he wasn't there. The first time, he called back and said he left early and the second time--today--he called back and told me I had to call BEFORE I arrived, which was news to me. (Craig, I apologize for handing up on you. Very rude.) He seems nice and I can't comment on the service, except to say that it is actually: By Appointment Only.

Craig was super helpful walking me through the architectural layout / blueprint printing capabilities of his equipment. I work in film production and needed some large scale b&w layouts printed. Craig knew exactly how to handle the order, clearly very experienced in his field, and charged great prices. Would absolutely recommend!
