We had the pleasure working with Canyon Signs recently and we are beyond happy with the results! We requested an original sign from 1965 to be replicated for our condo association. The design was odd, unique and had a lot of unusual requirements... they nailed it! They were super friendly and we would highly recommend them to anyone out there! Daniel at the Cathedral City store took my order for office door signs. After not hearing back from him in two weeks, I called him to see when the work would be done. He said the next day. After not hearing back for two weeks, I called again. Finally an installer arrived with the signs. One was damaged--the edges were chipped. The installer said "that's just from the machine that cuts the signs" and was going to install it anyway. I refused to accept the sign and asked him to take it back and have it re-done.
After not hearing anything for a month, I emailed Daniel and asked if he was going to re-do the sign or give me a refund. It's now been three weeks and I haven't heard anything back.
I finally heard back from Daniel with an apology, a refund for the damaged sign, and an offer to replace it for free. It's too late. I already got another sign from a different vender. But I'll give them another star for the apology.

I first came here 3 years ago for a football banner for my son. They were very nice and professional. The quality of my banner is awesome. I have taken it to all my son's games and it still looks new after 3 years. I decided to go back and have them make me another banner for his track meets it looks even better than the football banner.
