Called on Wednesday requesting pricing, then sent my job over via email and got a quote within minutes. My order was ready by Friday morning and was fairly priced compared to what I would have paid at Staples. I had birthday invites printed and they even cut them for me and everything. Will definitely be using them again. Quick, fair priced, and good customer service.

If you're a small artist, I suggest taking your business elsewhere. For months now, I've just tolerated this local print shop because I like supporting small businesses, and they're affordable. Printing quality is just fine, and it got me by. But since the beginning, customer service has never been their best forte. I've never liked the tone that they use when they talk condescendengly. I remember when the first printing job was done, and it was pixelated. Me, being used to a higher quality printing (CatPrint), was appalled by the print job. So I spoke to them, about it, and they basically blamed it on me, even though the file pixels were just fine for a printing job. But it's okay, I moved on, and continued printing my art prints from them. Come today, I had a rush job and I just learned that they don't do rushes even with a fee. The front desk lady said it might not even be done until morning at "9am when we open". On Google it says they open at 8am, which understandably, Google can't always be reliable, but you can make the changes if you request it or if you own the business (from experience). I went ahead and told her that Google said they open at 8am, to which she responded, "8am, 9am doesn't make a difference, I can't control Google" in a very defensive tone. This was basically the last straw when I was just trying to inform them and be considerate so that they can fix their business information on Google. Who knows if anyone else has experienced going to early to a shop and get disappointed because they're not open yet. But bottom line is: Printing job is okay, customer service is terrible.
