I wish that more businesses had customer service like BPI! Kim was so kind and happy to go out of her way to help me print labels when the post office turned me away. She even provided tape and scissors.

She seemed happy to do it as well. Is it just me or do a lot of businesses/ employees now a days seem to help you begrudgingly, or not at all. They make up excuses as to why they can't do it, or "oh, we don't do that here" when I've don't "that" there already 10 different times before!

BPI was NOT one of those annoying places, this place is five stars.
