We walked into the shop at 4:10 PM—well before closing at 5—needing a banner printed for an urgent event the next day. We explained the importance, handed over our USB, and simply needed to point out the correct file. But instead of a quick, easy fix, the employee refused to let us behind the counter to help, making the process harder than it had to be. A hollow “I’m sorry” doesn’t fix bad and rude service—it just makes it worse. Disappointing experience.

Very unhelpful responses from the staff here over email. In person they are fine but they don’t take requests in person. And if you email them it’s unclear and unhelpful responses.
I asked for quotes for a pamphlet and detailed what I needed, and they gave 1 liner responses to me, without addressing most of my questions. I understand if there’s time or supply issues but dodging questions was frustrating to say the least.
Better off going to Staples. Great customer service in south San Francisco location and will work with you for however long you need.

I needed to print a couple of documents. The lady taking care of me was very professional and the service was very quick too.
Even though, I am sure business is down during COVID, she refused to accept any form of payment. Yeah, the print job was small, but I needed it urgently and I received free service. Where do you get that kind of service in SF in 2021?!?!? Thank you. I will sure come back and share my experience with all of my friends.

Getting clear answers from these guys is impossible (over the course of three separate in person interactions with three+ of their staffers). Trying to get a clear answer from them will make them give a lot of attitude...so don't bother? ... Could not get a clear or consistent answer about cost or delivery time. Working on a deadline I was forced to switch and go with another printer that is lower quality but that I could trust to get the job done.

I was very lucky to be able to copy here. I needed a small amount of graphic work copied on a very short term basis that day, and the people who helped me were very quick and didn't even charge me anything after they finished. I will tell my friends around me about their good service and attitude, and if I need a large number of copies next time, I will request them again officially.
