I brought in a few historically significant documents that were loaned to me by a client. I wanted to make both paper and digital copies of the documents for preservation. Mary Ellen, who was friendly and helpful, said that she could do that. I returned a few hours later. The digital copies were better than I imagined and the paper copies looked like exact duplicates. The cost was less than I expected. ARC Document Solutions was a pleasure to work with, and I was totally satisfied with the result.
