Special shout out to Luis Rosa who gets us back in action if any issue comes up, which is rare because he's already set us up to be successful. Luis is always professional, highly knowledgeable, solution-orientated, and very friendly to speak with.

Just wanted to thank Lola Lim regarding our need to remove the plotter we have had in our home office. We are planning on relocating and find that the space will not be large enough to house the plotter but will be using the ARC printing services instead. Lola assisted us with finding the carrier that did the removal as well as keeping us updated about when they would be arriving. Even when they were delayed due to traffic, Lola let me know about the delay and provided us with an approximate ETA. The carriers themselves were very good, careful and courteous about the removal. Lola alleviated my stress about how this was all going to happen and very much appreciated her service and friendliness. Thank you Lola !!
