My experience with ARC has been largely positive, especially thanks to Ramon, who is always very accommodating and helpful. Most of the time, the team is responsive via email, and communication is generally smooth. That said, we’ve occasionally run into some issues during pickup — particularly with different departments not being aligned on where certain print jobs are located. Improving internal coordination could make the process more seamless. Nonetheless, the overall print quality and customer service remain consistently strong, which keeps us coming back.
