So, my experience might be a little different. My doctor required some documents and my printer at home crashed. No pharmacies in the local area could help and I came across Arc with a Google search. As I walked in I realized that this was more of a business printing service and told Alfred that I might be in the wrong place for printing a few pages. Without hesitation, he said he'd help me out and provided me with instructions. Very professional and went out of his way to provide the best customer service I've experienced in awhile. Thanks, Alfred. You made a difference today. I got to doctor's office in time bcz of your immediate assistance. Way to help the little guy. Thanks again, Arc. Made my day.

ARC Ontario is definitely the best reprographics company there is! We send them plans for printing very regularly and they are ALWAYS responsive and get the job done on time, every time. Alfred, David, Kellie & the rest of the Ontario ARC team are the best! I wouldn't go anywhere else to get big plans printed for our projects. Great job ARC Ontario!!!

had an emergency printing job on Christmas eve , no other place was open , called at 11:20 and they told me they were gonna close in 40 mins, I needed 2 posters and Alfred said no problem, picked them up at 12 , great and quick service posters came out looking great, will definitely use them

Kellie was incredibly helpful and kind, ensuring they printed exactly what we needed. They were quick and reliable. Our company needed a rush booklet print.
