I am very disappointed with my recent experience with Calibuilt Graphics!
I contacted them two months before my event.
Reached out to them multiple times, through FB, email, and telephone on multiple occasions. My last phone call was the beginning of May after an unanswered email. I asked what the status was of my order and I was told, “oh, yeah, I’ll get it done today and send it to you.” After that I was done, made up my mind if I didn’t hear back I wasn’t go to bother them again.
Well, I never did hear back from them. They totally ghosted me. No apology, no I’m sorry, no excuse. So we had no banner and no welcome sign for our event. Not a huge deal but I don’t understand how a business can just ghost you like you never even existed. My daughter was disappointed as well. I waited another five days after our event to see if they would reach out to us and……….. nothing!

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. At first, I thought Calibuilt was great, we went to them when we needed a banner for our first nonprofit event. They were helpful and able to get it done quickly and without any trouble.
But then we decided to order shirts, sweatshirts, and hats. It was one thing after another. They were promised in under 2 weeks. When I called to check on them, the date had to be pushed back another few days. I called to check on them again, and it had to be pushed back over the weekend. And then I called and they said it would be ready by the end of the day. NO CALL AT THE END OF THE DAY. So I called as soon as they opened the next day and they said the order STILL wasn't done and they would try their best to have it by noon. So I called at 11:45, before I headed that way to check on things. Again, they pushed it back another half hour. So I go in at 12:30 and THE ORDER IS STILL NOT DONE!!!! We had to wait for some hats to be finished. Meanwhile, they showed us the printed shirts and sweatshirts.
First, they had added this ugly white border all the way around the design without consulting or telling me, and when I asked about some white in the middle of the design he said a few of them slipped during printing. I asked how many had slipped and he said "there's at least a couple like that". I was furious but this was a customer-based order and we had people calling and asking about the order every. single. day. So we paid, left, and as I'm going over the order I realize they over-charged us for the hats. A difference of $26 that had to be refunded.
I'm extremely disappointed in the service and quality of the products here. Save yourself a lot of time and money and go someplace else!

I have had many orders fulfilled by Rigo and his team including shirts, hats, stickers, vinyl decals, business cards etc. The work that is produced from his establishment is top tier quality with great customer service! Rigo stayed VERY late one night to finish up the huge decals on my trailer without me ever asking him to. His commitment to his customers is beyond most others! Calibuilt has my business for life.

walked in into this office, asked them to design a logo. I gave them the details of what i wanted. They told me they would get it done, never heard back feom them not even to apologize for the delay. Made me waste my time.
