I've been using this lab exclusively to develop and scan all of my film for the past year. Not sure why other reviewers left such negative feedback, as I've always had a great experience with the staff there.
All of my scans are beautiful and the price of film/development matches online retailers.

TERRIBLE lab DELIBERATELY scratched my negative, technician changed the color and the density. (I said No Corrections) The color was horribly green and the density was dark. I had another lab inspect my negative and they said that the scratches on negative were very suspicious. The lab said that they have never seen anything like it. The Manager Curt said that there is nothing wrong with any of their equipment. This leads me to believe that the whomever work on my negative deliberately scratched my negative. You should read the negative reviews on Yelp.
