Wanted to have a great experience but I was met with passive energy. I was told they didn’t offer printing services even though their sign stated they did. It costs $2 per A4 (11 x 8 inch) paper which I find ridiculous luckily I called prior and was told I was given a discount! The customer service was fairly poor because there were so many issues but very little effort from the staff to actually finding a solution unfortunately a lot of the issues I believe were negligence in their end. In the end I was able to get what I wanted done but it took 45minutes to complete a service that should have taken 10 minutes.

They had good service before when José and Janet attended some very friendly guys and they give good service.
Unfortunately, her boss Roman is not, he is a very rude and annoying person. I went one day and he charged me a lot for a job and then when I couldn't send the file he spoke to me loud and rude, he charges me for 1 page 11x17 $5
I wouldn't mind paying that if the other guys were around.
but Roman very bad attitude with his customers unfortunately

This place fell off during covid, their prices are very inconsistent and shady, customer service is non existent. Expect to spend an hour standing in the sunny parking lot because they don't let customers in their building straightening out your order with uncooperative and unhappy staff. It's truly an awful customer experience and it's expensive.
Avoid at all costs, ARC or City Print Center are preferable for the price point and have better customer service.

Overpriced, sketchy, conflicting info, grumpy staff. They charged me five dollars to print four sheets of paper. Tried to pay with debit and they said it would be an additional 15 dollar charge.

Davis Blue Print asked for copier and repair service from Ameriteks on June 10, and the owner Roman is very unprofessional worst customer service. Roman ignored my calls, emails, and messages to pay $125 for services rendered. Having 2 open locations and you cannot afford to pay $125 is ridiculous, for the businesses opening up after a pandemic. I would not recommend anyone to this company, if the owner Roman cannot pay another business $125.00 for services rendered, this action is unethical, unprofessional for being a Printing Firm. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY FOR B2B DEALS, NOR ANY PEROSNAL INFORMATION.
