I am new to the area, and luckily I found the best printers around...great quality, attention to my needs and their graphic designer offered very effective suggestions, all while we were on a considerable deadline. I will use no other printers! Thank you, El Cajon Print!

I sent the print shop a very important graphic file I needed some changes made to and reprinted on a banner. Jasmine responded with a quote I thought was fair. The next day I went to the shop and paid $100 cash deposit. She advised me they were very busy and I said I don't want it rushed but can you provide a proof for review in 2 weeks, to which she obliged. 3 weeks later I notified her I will stop by, as I was in the area on another matter. She said she will let me know when to stop by. A 4th week was about to pass and I had a feeling nothing was done so I contacted another company and was able to a proof in 3 days and decided to move forward. I went to El Cajon print and requested the order canceled and refund of deposit. She said she understand but only wanted to refund $75, charging me $25 for her time already invested, without showing any proof. I was adamant about getting my full $100 deposit. She went and talked to her manager who chose to stay in the backroom and never show his face. After back & forth for over 15min we settled on $90. I had to eat $10 for the inconvenience of someone reneging on their agreement. You decide if this is the kind of shop you want to do business with.
