I placed an order which took weeks to process and arrive. When I contacted them, I received a random invoice for $2.50 that stated I had been undercharged for shipping. No email, just a random invoice. Also, I received sublimation transfers instead of DTF. They didn't ask, just assumed. So, I paid for items that I can't even use. Horrible communication! Do not order!

I didn't have issues when ordering online or with my order, but the pick up process was unsatisfactory. I called the number on the website various times to find out when I could pick up my order due to google saying it's open 24 hours. The phone would get answered and immediately hung up. Eventually a lady answered the phone with an attitude and said the business hours where on the website then hung up. The place is a warehouse and after entering the main door you need to walk into the door beside it(in order to get to the area where your order is).There is no one in the front room where the orders are so they expect you to know to look for your order according to your last name. I would have given a higher rating if it was not for the unprofessionalism toward the customer.

Terrible service, lack of customer service, won’t return text messages and emails, rude email when I ordered online, unacceptable pick up procedure for a $60 essential order. Hope BC doesn’t continue to go through them for nursing uniforms in the future.
