This process was beyond simple. I was able to upload art very quickly, received a proof of the work that day - once approved the team was quick to give me the tracking information and my nephew is absolutely going to LOVE his personal baseball card. 10/10 would use company again! Print magic is awesome, and when I got the cards I was really thrilled with the product. Amit has delt with most of my orders and he is very respectful and takes great care of you. I have also had the pleasure to talk with others on the print magic team and they too are great customer service reps. I hope they continue business for a long time, because I plan to continue to purchase from them. This world has lack abunch these days on great business quality, but not print magic. They have great response times with phone, chat, or email. It is really easy to purchase and if your unsure they will help you with your order. Thanks again for taking great care of me, and always making sure that my order is were I would like it to be before sending.

I work as a librarian and I reached out to PrintMagic to make us a very big order or trading cards. They responded very quickly and was always willing to work with us when we had to make small corrections or quick changes in the order. They are very communicative and the turn around time for our order was extremely fast. About 3-4 days. All communication was done through email but even then, they are very responsive and always willing to work with us.

UPDATE: Unfortunately, I've now had a new order that has been printed incorrectly twice, once after approving a mockup that was then ignored in production of my brochure. I am switching printing companies since there are so many to choose from online. Old: In the past they were able to create a flyer with upside down text (it made sense after folding) that others repeatedly printed incorrectly. When they recently made a folding error, they quickly reprinted and sent the corrected order. Their customer service has been very good and we will return.
