I had issues with two of my Brother Printers and contacted PTM for a quote to get it fixed. They quoted me a fair price to fix both of them so I went to drop off the printers the following day. Fernando was courteous, knowledgable and willing to help with the questions that I had about my printers. They have great deals on ink/toners and will offer check ups/maintenance if you experience issues with using their toner. A few months after I picked both of them up, one of them still continued to have the issue, but Fernando was responsive and welcoming in checking it out again to see the issue. It was a couple days shy of the 90 day warranty they have, but Fernando still took my printer in and fixed the issue without charge in a timely fashion. Thank you PTM/Fernando!

I am the office manager for a busy CPA. We have been using PTM to service our printers for some time. We started to purchase their toners; they have high-quality toners with great pricing, and it includes their free service. We recently replaced several of our printers with PTM machines and their turn around was fast. Fernando and Luis are very friendly and professional, it's a great family owned business. I was in the market for a new laser printer and decided to call P&T Maintenance for some advice. After talking with Fernando for just few minutes I learned more about printers then I had ever known. He gave some solid advice and even told me how to save a ton of cash on ink. These guys are very friendly and very helpful and I highly recommend them.

PTM promptly took care of my printer's problems. I made an appointment to drop off my printer, on which my small business depends, and Fernando and his staff were there to take care of my device. Once there, my printer was repaired while I waited. I then learned much more about printer reliability and cost of ownership issues - I rest assured that all of my laser printers could be repaired if needed by PTM.
