My dogs harness was getting faded really to a light light pink and didn't look the best it was looking dingy. So I went to a couple of stores before I ended going to Michaels and they actually had to die I needed and I really dark pink color that I like for my dog she's a girl and I dyed it and thank goodness they told me to buy the synthetic dye because the other dive doesn't work on canvas and two other materials it when it came out very good it looks like it was done professionally I sure skip thanks to the employees at Michaels and Modesto

Terrible place. Needed to get a picture swapped properly in a matted frame. Michael’s in Modesto screwed it up by replacing the picture upside down. Then they fixed it, called to tell me, but made me wait over 20 minutes at the frame station in the store to get my fixed framed picture. This place is terrible.

The signs to checkout need to be bigger or placed at the beginning of the cue. Some stood in a line for checkout person for cash or returns, but the self checkouts were card only. The traditional line was waiting for the person, but you were still in the same line to use self checkout. They should divide the cue for the two options. We waited in the traditional line because we didn't know for self checkout we could jump the line to go to self checkout. With one cashier running around doing it all, they didn't have time to teach the customers how to be in line, too. It's not cool to treat the lone cashier that way.

Went in to get some information on custom framing some photos that I brought with me. The guy couldn't even come to the counter to help me, he wanted to have a conversation from about 20 feet away because it was too much trouble to come and look at my photos to frame. Never will I step foot in that store again.
