I went to this location because the one I regularly go to didn't have anymore of the fabric I wanted to make for a head wrap. I did find what I was looking for and purchase all that was on the shelf. I found a few other things as well. I like this location as well. The store is clean, that's a ++ in my book and the emails are super friendly they as so have the self check out but when they let you know it is available it doesn't make you feel like they don't feel like being bother. It's not what you say it's how you say it. And this checkout station has for cash and card. The other locations only have card only. So that was pretty dope. Well done guys until next time. I left a package at Michael's Saturday with a professional black sparkly dance shoe. They took it and threw it out into the garbage! They kept pkgs with balloons in it and a package with a tiny car. But they look in my package and threw out this expensive 75 dollar shoe? I will never shop there again

If I could rate their customer service zero, I would. They are listed as an Amazon return center, one that doesn’t require a label, yet they refuse any item not labeled and sealed. I let an associate use my phone to chat with Amazon and when I got it back my return was cancelled and I can no longer request a new one. I am now out +$100. Call the manager on duty useless would be a compliment considering how she handled the situation. I asked for an email for the regional manager after she claimed there wasn’t a phone number. She hid in the back for over 20 minutes. In the meantime, I tried talking to other staff to get contact information for corporate. Initially they were willing to help until grabbing their headpiece and saying there was nothing they could do. I asked Desi and others if they knew what the store code was, and apparently no one knows?? I had to ask another customer to see their receipt to find out the store code. I am contacting corporate with everyone’s name and information. The utter unprofessionalism is abhorrent, and even more so, the lack of consideration for another human being

I had a batique my grandmother made 30 years ago reframed, and I really needed help with picking out the mat colors and the frame. The staff did a phenomenal job helping me, and creating the final product. They're professional and knowledgeable, and the price was unbeatable. Thanks Rancho Cordova Michael's!

I recently had the pleasure of Catherine helping me with a custom frame for my mother's etchings of Germany. She was so very helpful choosing the proper custom mattings and frames to achieve the look I was going for. She knew just what to do. She is kind, super pleasant to be around and creative. She has amazing customer service skills. She's a top-notch employee and deserves a major shout out! Be careful because someone's going to snatch her up and have her work for them instead! Can't wait to need something else to be framed because I'm going straight to Catherine at Michaels! In Rancho Cordova!
