I have been casting in bronze lately and and Hollywood 3D Printing is my go-to for comps, models and prototypes and super high-quality 3D prints. Their customer service has consistently excellent.
They’re knowledgable, reliable, prices have been reasonable . They have been great at handling both intricate and bold designs. I’ve now run several projects through them, and wether small or larger scale pieces, the process and product have been consistent, and with great communication and quick turnaround times.
They work with a variety of materials and maintain top quality in each, every print has met and or exceeded my expectations.

If you want to wait for over 2 weeks for a quote, call Philip. Worst service ever. I called Philip on April 1 after I sent in my files for a simple QUOTE. First the files didn’t go through so I resent them. Asked if he could confirm once I resent them. No reply. I emailed the next day and still no reply. So I called and he said he would send me a quote. Come the following Mon the 8th, and again he said he’ll send a quote. I called today bc it’s been a week now? Wondering why haven’t I heard anything. He asks me, what was your product again? I remind him of it and reminded him it’s been well over a week since he said he would send a quote. So he says he’ll send by today. By today? What time? How long does it take for a freaking quote?? Just called again since we spoke in the am and I just asked him straight up, can you just give me a quote while I’m on the phone?? It literally took him 1 min to do. Wow. All that lagging Philip? For a simple quote that didn’t have to be drawn out to a 1 star review and def not getting my business. Hope you have better luck than I did.
