Great service and very responsive! They worked with our schedule and were thorough in getting everything ready for design. Before we finalized the design, they came in to see the surface we'd be installing on. They asked lots of thoughtful questions and clearly explained what works, what to expect, and what the final product would look like. Super clean shop compared to other sign shops I’ve been to for large format. My 8’x8’ turned out great! I was concerned about wrinkles where printers fold or crease my 8’x8’ step and repeat backdrops but Anthony honored my concerns and not only wrapped it on a tube to prevent any creases forming but also covered it with plastic. Completed the print job as stated in 2-3 business days. We use these for client events as photo backdrops so we expect the best we can get and we found it with Dimensional, thank you very much Anthony! We will definitely use you again.
