I placed an order for shirts a month ago. I’m having a hard time getting ahold of this company. I’ve called multiple times. The voicemail states they may not get back to you via phone and the best way to communicate is via email and the web portal. I have sent multiple emails and went to the store in person. I’m hoping all is well with them but I would suggest they take down their website from accepting money if some unforeseen situation in your life prevents you from full filling orders. Im in the process of seeking how to get a refund. Unsure where to go from here.

I was extremely happy with the owner who accommodated my request on the spot. He discussed with me first how he would print my design and what I can expect.
I was surprised that he accepted my printing request for 4 tshirts because he was busy catching up on a huge order. He was not feeling very well that day . Thank you so much, my pingpong buddies likedthe tshirts. Quality was very good, far better than what I expected.
