Was doing a family archiving project and had some poster sized collages we couldn't figure out how to preserve. The team here got us beautiful high quality images of the posters. My cousin and I went to The LAB after our grandmother passed away last year. We had spent hours going through old photo negatives and family albums, both at home and in their office, trying to find the perfect photos that captured our matriarch's full life. The ladies at The LAB were so incredibly helpful, thorough, and timely! I gave them a deadline for the memorial, and they had our prints ready even faster. I was also so amazed at how well the reprints from the albums came out (when there were no negatives to work from). Their scanning tech is top notch. My cousin and I put together big tri-fold boards with all the photos, and our family spent a ton of time during and after the service, admiring the beautiful photos and sharing memories together. It was beautiful.
We ended up going back after the memorial, to digitize all of the old family albums our grandfather had put together. Our many large albums were handled with the utmost respect and care; not a page was out of place when we got them back. Now my whole family has all of the photos digitally, and can have any of them printed whenever they want. This service is absolutely priceless. I will be back!

I had 120mm film developed and digitized. The film required special developing and the scans turn out beautiful. Price was reasonable. I would recomend the lab to have film developed and printed or scanned. Great service.

I was scheduled to visit Santa Rosa from San Diego and needed to have some sentimental photos printed for family. Due to time constraints I wasn't able to use my usual lab in San Diego. I'm so glad I found The Lab through an online search. I ordered my prints online and they were ready for pickup when I arrived in Santa Rosa. The team was super friendly and courteous. Even though my job was super small I was treated with 5 star service. Yes, I could have used a same day photo lab at a drug store, but there is no way I would have gotten the print quality or service that I got at The Lab.

I’ve been in photography since 1965. I took and processed black and white for many years as well as slides. I worked as a b&w printer for a few years. Before digital I would use internegs to print my color slides.
I have no idea how long I have used The Lab- I remember it was previously owned by a fellow named Rick.
The Lab’s prints are a photo process- not ink. The reproduction (colors and shadow detail) is so much better. Also compare a photo process print to an ink one in 10 years- ink doesn’t last.
If you want an image reproduced to the highest level use Jennifer at The Lab. Her skill and honesty is of the highest level!
