Not my first choice. The employees are very sweet and want to help, which I appreciate. I get the feeling that they are understaffed currently. In addition, at least one of the employees is not as thorough as they need to be. Not sure if it's due to being in a rush or just not understanding Adobe programs and paper types. Either way, I felt that time was wasted trying to communicate and get what I needed. Sent the same art file to MPS and got exactly what I needed from them instead.
