I had first searched high and low to find a place that could do a project. Keep in mind, I had no idea how to go about 3D printing, splicing, anything of the sort, only modeling. Finding West LA 3D Printing was heaven sent. I reached out with questions and a quote, and was immediately responded to with everything in the process explained thoroughly. Not only was Peter helpful, but went above and beyond customer service in a manner that I had not seen in years. The prints came out beautiful, and even demonstrated how the variety of plastics make an impact. An absolute treasure of a business, with amazing people working behind the scenes. 10/10 Would recommend this place to anyone in need of their services.

He walked me through step-by-step how to get my CAD file to print perfectly. No online service emails you with suggestions and fixes so your print comes out just right. WLA does, and I got a great result. I highly recommend this as your go-to for prototyping especially, since it's fast and you don't have to wait for shipping.

Wanted to make this q3a rocket launcher keychain. Peter was super friendly and the communication was good. On top of that he is also super knowledgeable when it comes to 3d printing. Without his suggestion I won't be able to make a decision this confidently. Not to mention the pricing was super reasonable.

I'm a prototype engineer and do quite a lot of 3D printing myself. Peter has bailed out me and my clients over and over when there's just not enough printer space to get the job done in time. Don't let "no walk ins" or an initial voicemail turn you away - he's extremely responsive and timely. Every part I've gotten from him has come out perfect and quicker than expected. And now that I know they do scanning, I'll DEFINITELY be back for that!

The best experience I have ever had with a service business. Peter will bend over backwards for his clients to make sure that they are happy. Peter is willing to do whatever it takes to make sure you get exactly what you want. Peter will have my business for a lifetime. If you are torn between WLA 3d and another company go with WLA 3d I promise you will not be disappointed.

I want to start off with mentioning that Peter (the owner) has the best business etiquette in the 3D printing industry in LA.
He actually ANSWERS his phone, unlike many 3d print shops in LA, which makes this stressful process more relaxing. I called him Saturday evening around 6 PM (the hours here are very accommodating) and he looked over my model and started the print in about 30 mins. While the first printer place I called took over two business days until I called to find out that they weren't responding to my emails because they had to emergency leave for a newborn baby that would last at least FOUR DAYS..
Peter (I think he runs the store and deals with all the prints himself) is AMAZING and soo soo friendly. I actually really like this place and will definitely be coming back.
Also I am an architecture student and his prices are very reasonable.
Love my finished model, (I didnt need anything too fancy, just a rough concept in 3d)
