I regret having to write this negative review, but I feel it’s necessary to warn others before engaging with Woodland Hills Printing.
I placed an order for posters and flyers 3.5 weeks ago for an event that’s just a few days away, and I still haven’t received anything. Communication has been non-existent, and no one is answering calls anymore. This situation has really affected us.
This is the third time we’ve worked with them. Previously, they were also slow in communication but eventually delivered. When we did receive the posters and flyers, the quality was fine and the price was reasonable. I genuinely like Rhonda, but it seems their low prices might be leading to more orders than they can handle due to their disorganized business practices. Their printer apparently had issues for weeks, which must have been challenging for their business, but I wish they had been more transparent about their difficulties.
This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I hope others don’t have to go through something similar.

Some of the worst customer service of all time. I was trying to order business cards for my company and it took over 5 months. They respond to communications every now and then, and when you ask for the status of your order, they will simply lie and tell you it's shipped when they haven't even started working on it. I reached out to them countless times trying to get a status update just for them to either ignore me or lie to me. I placed my order in early December and didn't receive it until late April. Never going to even consider dealing with these people ever again.

Love dealing with the friendly staff here. This is a small family run business which actually goes the extra mile. I was going to arrive after they closed and to accommodate me so that I could pick up my order, they went out of their way to make sure I get it. What's even better? They're a union shop!

Such high quality printing for low cost, and such fast service! Not to mention, the whole staff is very passionate about what they do and extremely friendly. I am so happy to have stumbled upon this gem! I've used other print shops for quick jobs and this is by far the best quality I've seen and at a really reasonable price. They really know their stuff!

They will LIE! Tell you your product is being worked on when in all reality they have an even started ! Do not -do not -do not!!! use this business unless it's used as A punchline for a joke because that's exactly what this business

Kinda looks like they never cleaned up after a major earthquake or maybe the aftermath of a bomb but they got my job done fast and nicely plus at a good price. As a print shop they did great. Housekeeping? Who needs it?
