Prices are great (as long as you don't have them ship...shipping is marked up dramatically), quality is good and where they shine is in Customer Support. Ashlyn Ly took more than half a dozen calls from me as I floundered around on their website. I kept making errors and she patiently walked me through the process and competently fixed my mistakes. She also made sure that my incessant requests for additional alterations on quotes went through quickly and efficiently. She saved my bacon multiple times this week. Kudos to her and to good pricing on catalogs.

I am on the most important *PRINTING* time crunch of my life. My debut novel is releasing later this week and other timeline delays disrupted my original printing plans. I had to quick find a reliable, high-quality printer I could trust with the launch edition copies of my book.
Thankfully, I found this print shop! They have helped me get everything sorted, quality checked my cover (it was blurry the first time and they made sure that it did not get printed that way and gave me guidance to submit the exact higher res. image they needed). The proofs look perfect and they are printing my books as we speak in a rush to meet my impending launch deadline.
They price matched which means so much to a new author on a budget, and were super responsive, and above and beyond helpful.
I can't speak to everyone in the company -- but myself and my assistant worked with Ashlyn. She helped us every step of the way!
