As someone who only works with printers for small format, personal projects and doesn't have much knowledge about printing services - I just ordered for the first time this morning, picked up this afternoon, and I'm writing this review first thing because I'm astounded by the the overall customer service and printed results. The end to end experience absolutely exceeded our expectations. We're planning unexpected memorial/funeral services and in midst of the high stress of our family's circumstances, Hannah made it easy for us to get what we needed with a tight turnaround - absolutely flawlessly and with so much genuine care and kindness. She was so knowledgeable and detail-oriented - in hearing/seeing what we wanted, she suggested adjustments to our order that we didn't realize we needed and communicated with the team to generously accommodate all of our nice-to-have requests, and more. We had reached out to 10 printers for quotes, and Minuteman Pleasanton provided what was the best-value quote for the quality of services and by far the most streamlined process that I've experienced in the last decade with albeit infrequent/irregular print jobs throughout the Bay Area. Highly highly recommend.

Reza (owner) rocked it. I called the office after 6:00 p.m. because I was hoping to reach somebody who could do a rush business card order for me before the end of the following day. Reza took my call on his way home, got the order done the very next morning, and delivered on time. Quality of the work is excellent, and I fully regretted having gone to FedEx beforehand. If you care about your output, don't go to Fedex, go to Reza.
