The Staples on Barranca employs excellent associates in the Print and Copy area. I created my own business card at a great price online, which was ready the next morning. Some of the writing was not to my liking, so the associate made great suggestions, I redid my card, and it was ready the following morning. No charge. Great people, great selection, great price.

I recently placed an order for 175 custom memorial cards with envelopes in addition to photo canvas enlargements online, which were then delivered in part to my residence as well as to the local store.
Upon receipt and review of the cards, I noticed a family member was missing from one of the outlying photos, despite having previewed it before confirming my purchase.
I will assume most of blame for this snafu though. The website directions and preview were a bit confusing and left me confident that all perimeter photos would be included.
When I called to ask if I could request a few additional cards to honor said family members inclusion in the photo, the representative in print and marketing, Lainagh was all too willing to help.
Kevin and I had uploaded my own template, she had to make changes on her end which meant additional work for her which she did with A+ customer service fashion. Not an inkling of inconvenience out of her.
Much to my surprise, She then asked if I would like 50 or 75 cards, which was at least 10 times more than I was expecting. I delightfully excepted her offer of 75.
I just received my order which included all 175 cards and envelopes. She had essentially gifted me my entire order. In order that was effectively, my oversight.
I have not received such customer service and commitment, patience, and statement In what ought to be the mission of every customer service operation.
I am very grateful to her and to Staples as a corporation who stands by not only their products, but by the support of their staff, and of course, above all else, their charged loyalty to customer satisfaction.
This experience has effectively created my reciprocal loyalty in kind.
