Excellent quality and fast shipping. I had a huge, last minute order for 18 metal prints for a clinic grand opening. The President of the company reached out to me personally to ask if I needed assistance with anything on the order. I explained the situation and he personally took care of my order to expedite it. They arrived in super sturdy packaging and earlier than expected. Every one at the grand opening raved about how beautiful they were.

Had problem at first, but got fixed. I was so excited to get my metal print I took from my phone on vacation, what an embarrassment when I opened it in front of my husband and family, especially after telling them the high cost. It was so washed out you could not see the beautiful colors at all, just gray wash. I contacted customer service and we went back and forth on the issue of the upload, when they realized that somehow the upload was not my issue they were great and my customer service rep Charles Wallace was amazing and never gave up until the problem got fixed. I got my reprint with no charge and shipped very fast and it is beautiful. If you have an issue just contact them and they have quick response and don’t give up. I will be using Artbeat studios again. I will give 5 stars because of great customer service and the reprint of my Metal art was very clear and beautifully done.

I encountered a delivery issue with my print from Arrbeats. As soon as I reached out to Charles & Scott, they swiftly reprinted the piece and shipped it overnight across the country.
While production may take some time, the results are top-notch.

A professional photographer introduced me to Artbeat Studios when I wanted to have metal prints of two of her images. Then, I ordered a few metal images of (amateur) photos I took on Safari. In both cases ordering was simple and the prints arrived quickly, very securely packaged. On the second order, I wrote my email as .con, instead of .com. I inquired of customer service what had become of my order since I had heard nothing. Within a couple of email exchanges, CHARLIE had figured it out! I would give Artbeat Studios 10 stars, if I could!

5-7 days of HD Metal production time on their homepage doesn't seem to mean anything. I ordered 16 days ago and still no update whatsoever. Likely missing deadline for my show. Why do you even do all the promotions when you cannot get things done in time? I should've looked up the reviews first so the blame is on me...

Artbeat Studios did expedited my order and I could receive the print before the show. I loved the quality that how it turned out and also loved how thoroughly it was packed. I changed my rating from 1 to 2 stars because I still don't think it is a great business model that the customer has to struggle to express the frustration to get the service as it was promised.

When I went to pick my package up at the post office it looked all stepped on with two sides caved in (even though it was labeled "FRAGILE"). I took pics at the post office expecting my print to be damaged. When I got home and opened it I was thrilled. The print looks beautiful! No damage, great print, great quality! A super special thanks to the staff, especially whoever packed it so well that even the angry boot of a disgruntled postal worker didn't damage the print. I will be ordering again from Artbeat Studios!
