AWESOME COMPANY! If you ever need any copies this is the place to go! We as a company LOVE supporting local businesses when we get the chance to! The personalized experience you get from doing business local vs big companies is night and day. Their customer service, attention to detail, and especially speed is unmatched. I gave them the file and go ahead on the order and within one business day they had my printing done where as staples said five business days minimum. And they were also cheaper than staples and another local printing company. Alexis was great over email and in person (I believe it was her at the front desk helping me). I love that I found this place knowing they not only print and do copies, but also make retail signs, business cards, brochures and more. They have for sure earned our business for the foreseeable future. Overall great place with great pricing. If you are reading this always remember support your local businesses when you can.

OUTSTANDING COMPANY! If you ever need copies, this is the place to go! Our company loves supporting local businesses whenever possible, and the personalized experience here is truly exceptional. The difference between working with a local business versus a large corporation is like night and day. Their customer service, attention to detail, and especially their speed are unparalleled. I sent them the file and approved the order, and within one business day, my printing was done—meanwhile, Staples quoted me at least five business days. Plus, they were more affordable than both Staples and another local print shop. Alexis was fantastic over email and in person (I believe it was her at the front desk assisting me). I’m thrilled to have found this place, knowing they do more than just printing and copies—they also offer retail signs, business cards, brochures, and more. I've worked with OV Copy on a variety of projects for different businesses I've been a part of, and they have always been:
- very organized and prompt/clear with responses
- priced fairly
- quick turnaround time
- professional, kind, and helpful in their responses
- an overall joy to work with
I'm so thankful to have a great local printer to work with. It's tru that we could go online and find options that are maybe marginally cheaper or slightly faster, I still choose OV Copy. I honestly think it's so worth it to work with a real life, local person.

This place has proven more than a few times how bad their service is and I had my final straw with them. Anything you want done MUST go through the owner who is not good at getting back. I reached out on THREE separate occasions for a quote and never received a response. I tried working with them a few months later and they had the courtesy of placing me on hold for 35 minutes before telling me they couldn't meet a time-line. I was looking forward to supporting my local copy center, but they clearly don't want my business and I won't patronize bad customer service. Good luck.
