Our print shop recently acquired a Mimaki JFX200-2513 flatbed printer, and Print & Finishing Solutions sent Bryce Fertig to come install it. Bryce was very thorough and precise with his calibrations. It took about a day to get the machine up and running, and another day to cover the operating software. We didn't have any prior experience with RasterLink6 Plus. Bryce walked us through every step of the process. We had a small hiccup with the software conflicting with our Sophos cybersecurity, so I reached out to Bryce for help. He contacted Mimaki directly, and provided a simple resolution. Thanks to him, we haven't had any issues since. He is very knowledgeable and has 20+years experience in the printing industry. I have peace of mind knowing I can reach out to Bryce and Print & Finishing Solutions with any future inquiries and get quality service in return.

Anyone can sell a machine. What sets Print Finishing Solutions apart is their ability to service the machines and keep our plant running at full capacity across a wide scope of machinery types. Jamie, our service technician, called our operator back right away, worked with them to identify the issue, tried some over the phone support with our in-house technicians, and then identified the parts he would need when he got here. Once he arrived he was able to get the machine back on track and answer any operator questions about that machine or any of the machines in our fleet serviced by Print Finishing Solutions. Boone Graphics has been working with Print Finishing Solutions for over 15 years who has continuously built on their foundation of trust and commitment to their clients.

PFS - Print & Finish Solution is wonderful to work with. If I could give 1000 stars, I would!!! I've been working with them for more than 6 years and they are the best. Our Customer service is Suzy Wang, and she has always goes out of her way to make sure all our questions are answered. She is extremely patient and easy to work with, and always make sure that we received our orders on time. We love her.

Jaime deserves 5 gold stars all on his own, but it's obvious he is empowered by the management, so they deserve credit for retaining him and allowing him to be such an asset to their customers. He's a reason to buy a cutter from PFS and the cutter isn't bad either!
Their communication (from the president, the service manager and Jaime) has been quick, helpful and efficient. They are the first call we will place when it's time for the next replacement cutter.

PFS is an outstanding company. Jeremy has been the man helping out with a new press in the print shop where I work. He always has a great attitude and never hesitates to answer any questions I have, and when I do have questions, he's very detailed with the answers. I don't have much experience in printing, but with his help I've gotten a lot more comfortable in the work I do. He does not hold back on any little secrets or tricks that could help me out in the printing industry, which I am very grateful for. Wish I could give more stars because 5 is just not enough.
