My local Walmart in Bakersfield CA. Does not have an shopping cart for customers. The last three times I've been there there are no carts. The biggest store in the country doesn't have carts. Come on Walmart you can do better than that. Right. Right.

Went there to get some film developed over a month ago, and still haven't got my pictures back. I guess they're lost forever now. Which really sucks, as I was particularly happy with those photos. Would *never* recommend this place to get your film developed.
