I have been coming to Sky Blueprint for many years and always had the best service with very fast turnaround time. My last 2 experiences have been the worst and I will never be returning here again.

My second to last experience, their printer ran out of ink and they had to go buy some. It was a minor inconvenience since I was not in a rush and only took them an hour to get it.

My last experience, I needed my plans printed right away so I called the guy and let him know I am going to email the 24x36 plans and 8.5x11's to be printed. I went to pick up my documents 2 hours after I sent the request only to find out that they ran out of paper and not any specialty paper, they ran out of 8.5x11 paper.

HOW DOES A PRINTSHOP, WHOS ONLY JOB IS TO PRINT DOCUMENTS, RUN OUT OF THE MOST COMMON 8.5x11 PAPER?!?!

His solution was for me to go to OfficeMax and print out the 8.5x11. I had to go to FedEx up the street to get the prints I needed and missed my deadline to submit the permit. I will never be returning here again since they have become extremely unreliable and cost my company loss of money.
