Absolute terrible business.I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. They do not have any idea on how to run a business. I went into the shop and placed an order which I PAID for on the spot. They told me it’d take 2 weeks which I was fine with. I started calling them after 3 weeks to give them some time because I knew schools had just started and they must be busy so I was being kind and gave them extra time. After 3 weeks when I called, they asked for all of my information which I provided and stated they couldn’t find my order. I was told someone would call me back. No on called back so I called again the following day and they said the same thing. They had lost the order I had PAID for. The lady told me to come in and she might have some extras which I can take. I went into the shop and I did not even get an apology or anything for their mistake. The lady was very rude and so I took 2 of the shirts but I had ordered a jacket and 3 shirts. So she told me on Monday (8/28) my son would receive the shirt and jacket that was missing in his classroom. I gave them some extra time again and waited until today (8/30) and still nothing. She also had the audacity to ask which class my son was in and said, “I am thinking he may have received the order in his class.” She accused me of lying about not receiving the order. She clearly stated before that they had lost the order and as I am leaving she says he may have received it in class? Well as a business you should have a proper log which shows if an order was delivered, picked up, shipped, etc. it’s not my fault she doesn’t know how to run a business and is doing her work in a very unorganized matter. I still let it go and said ok that’s fine. I asked my son’s teacher today if they received anything for him and she said we don’t get anything from them ever. Central Valley Screen Printing in Lathrop lied to me and stole my money. I called them twice, no answer. Upon calling the 3rd time I noticed they blocked my number because it does not ring anymore and they are open until 4 so their number should be working. I have never dealt with such a poor managed business ever. It was my mistake to try and help a local business. I should have gone with the other online companies the school recommended.
