Placed 3 separate orders with them back in October 2023. There was no communication for months other than vague claims of "unforeseen circumstances" holding things up. In April I finally got notice that they were only printing ships until the end of the month and if mine weren't printed they would issue a refund in May.
It's now almost July. No ships. No refund. No updates.
I've heard they're going out of business but if by some miracle they stick around I'll never do business with them again. And that's a real shame. The orders I've placed with them before this mess have been quality products.

Horrible customer service - ordered a set of ships and the email said 2-4 weeks in early Oct. They then said they were having set backs and it would take longer. Then in early Dec I attempted to contact them and got no response. I tried again right before Christmas. Again nothing. I finally got fed up and did charge backs on my purchases. That was when they finally contacted me. They told me they were having supply chain issues. Its pathetic it took them getting contacted by my financial institution to take notice.
If you attempt to buy anything from these fraudsters I wish you all the luck in the world that you will get what you paid for in a timely manner. It seems this company only wants your money and doesn't want to actually follow through on their end of the purchase agreement of actually sending you the product you bought.

Ordered a custom 5 inch 3D printed model from this outfit back during the first week of October. Been waiting 7 months and have not received any notifications of production or refund. DO NOT do business with this company. Took almost 6 months to recieve a prior purchase back in 2022. I decided to give them another chance and now I regret it.

Ordered Star Trek models back in October 2023 with a goal of them being Christmas gifts. December 4th I received a response to my order follow-up sighting "high demand, which may cause delays". Since then, no response to any communications over months and months. This company ripped me off and it is incredibly disappointing. For shame. Do NOT ever order anything from this company.

I purchased a custom model from this company in October. Once it was delayed, I asked about it and kept getting fed a line that they were swamped. Finally after six months of waiting and still no model, I asked for a refund. Silence ever since. Stay away from this company and they won't deliver once they have your money.

BEWARE BEFORE YOU BUY.... So on the website it shows a $365 painted model of their Star Trek 3D Model. That you pay for to be customized by you from the game Star Trek Online. It is pictured with a stand. All the youtube videos show it as coming with a stand as well. This is true for all past models. However, they no longer provide the stand for your model. They do not disclose this information on their website either. So imagine the disappointment when I received this very expensive custom made model without a stand. I wrote them several times and they said they no longer make the stands or provide stands for their models. This is absolutely ridiculous considering the fact of how much money you pay for this model and the fact that its a SHIP. Its not a car that has 4 wheels .... Its a ship. What good is a model of a ship if you do not have a stand or a way to display it.
Im not taking away from the quality of the product which is amazing without a doubt (should be for the price). But how can you display a ship with out a stand?
The best customer service could do is to give me a 5% off on my next $365 dollar model purchase.... Why would I buy another ship model from you if there is no stand???... SMDH....

I have also been waiting for my order I placed in October and only received one reply and that even took weeks just for that. I have reached out on their different social media accounts and still nothing. I just want what I paid for and a refund for waiting for so long I am very disappointed.
