I had a similar experience to the other 1 star reviewers... I went in and chatted with 2 folks. I really thought we had a pleasant conversation and a nice connection. We set up a plan to get a quote on a book I wrote and card deck I created for a Kickstarter campaign I want to do. I followed thru getting them the files they needed and asking a couple more questions. When they didn't respond I sent another email to check on the progress of the quote...crickets.

I got postcards instead of notecards because, apparently, I approved the proof, which I thought was for the image. The company website, however, has postcards listed as a separate product from cards, and the quote I approved was for notecards. So be sure to know what you’re getting. After some discussion, the company offered to print notecards for about a third more than what I paid, which was nearly 2.80 per note card. The staff was very nice except the production manager, who was very rude. I’d say it’d be a good local business to support for a straightforward job but if you have a problem, it is an extremely unpleasant experience to deal with the production manager who interrupted me at every turn.

I am extremely impressed by the customer service, the quality of the product, and the value.
When my printer died in the middle of a project, I needed a way to quickly get a printed project out. After finding the FedEx Offices, the UPS Store and other sources to be cost prohibitive, I decided to do one more search and found that Mintueman press offered more reasonable pricing.
They first said they couldn’t complete it in my time deadline, but they then got back to me and said they could fit my job in if I got files to them right away.
Well, they worked closely with me, calling me several times to ensure we were producing what I needed.
They quickly completed my job with quality that exceeded my expectations.
Along the way, they were friendly, helpful, and professional.
I will certainly use them again!

Fred and his team are AMAZING! They don’t call themselves minuteman press for nothing! We had a short turnover time for Bal programs and his team completed the task in one day. I can’t say enough about how professional they are and the quality of their work is excellent as well. Highly recommend.

Exceptional service, fair prices, quick turn-around.
I've been working with Minuteman in Berkeley for several years and they have never let me down. I mail a monthly newsletter and they both print and mail it for me. I've never had a problem with any of their work. They give me a proof before printing but it seems quite unnecessary as its always perfect. If I need things in a rush, they deliver.
