The comments with people they had a bad experience I’m sure are all true cre8 is lying saying it’s fake.

I usually don’t leave public reviews, but after months of broken promises and poor communication, I feel like I have to speak up.

I ordered a batch of t-shirts for my brand and paid for professional work — but what I received was far from it. The front font placement on the shirts was completely off. I reached out right away and even offered to send them all back so they could make it right. I can’t sell shirts where the quality and placement are this far off — it reflects poorly on my brand.

Instead of accountability, I’ve been met with delay after delay and excuse after excuse. Every time I got a hold of someone, I was told it would be fixed. But it’s been months, and still nothing. No corrected shirts. No refund. No follow-through. I even paid for items I never received at all — and my shipment didn’t arrive on time, which hurt my launch plans.

The most frustrating part? The lies. It’s not just a mistake anymore — it’s a pattern of dishonesty and avoidance. I’m now stuck with inventory I can’t use and money I’ll probably never get back.

Horrible communication. Not reliable for getting in touch or hearing back.
(edit: we kept asking for help for a tour for a school project, kept being told that we would hear back, were NEVER told explicitly no simply that we would be let known, 3 weeks of asking for updates and being directed by a different person each time. the point was not to learn about the business, but simply see how printers work since the class is a graphic design production class. Regardless, it is unprofessional to be given unclear communication constantly, and my review still stands since the decline of the tour was never upfront.)
