I've been a loyal customer of Roadrunner Print and Ship for several years, and I can confidently say that this establishment is nothing short of a hidden gem in Palm Springs. From the moment you step inside, you're enveloped in an atmosphere of warmth and professionalism, courtesy of the incredible owners, Bob and Ben, along with their delightful staff.

Having a corporate mailbox at Roadrunner has been one of the best decisions for my business. Not only is it convenient, but the peace of mind knowing that my mail is handled with utmost care is invaluable. Over the years, I've come to know Bob and Ben as not just business owners, but as community pillars who genuinely care about their clients and the local area.

Their journey from starting this business from the ground up to becoming a cornerstone of the community is nothing short of inspiring. Whether I need branding materials, corporate letterhead, or any other print services, the quality and attention to detail they provide are unparalleled. Very disappointing experience. Be very careful if you choose to do business with these people. I was given an excessively high price for a simple job. I needed a display box for three books. I brought in an easily recreated box. Told them I would do all the work. Just needed a template and the printed sheets. They took measurements. Next morning I received a ridiculous quote of $3,580 for 100 boxes. Soon after, another print shop gave me a quote of $980 for 100 boxes. You do the math: $10 per box or $36 per box? A 250% price difference! That is a huge discrepancy. You have now been warned. Even worse - This $3,580 price was most likely generated by Artificial Intelligence. Regardless, I informed them this was a "We don't want your business price. But here is the quote we promised. Now go away". That is exactly how the entire enterprise felt. Be very careful if you choose to do business with these people. I have done a lot of printing, owned a printing shop and know the general process of labor vs. materials cost. Roadrunner does not appear to be a respectable business. I would even call them a rip off.

EDIT - These people are ridiculous. If you read their"answer" below, they are not telling the truth. They are trying to diminish their culpability by acting innocent. I would highly advise against doing business with them in any form. They like to spin comments to remove culpability. I actually DID request 100 boxes, not 10. This is why I call them a rip off. Language does not remove culpability. Don't be swayed by these people. There are plenty of print shops in Coachella valley that don't do this. Once again: These people are a rip off. You've been warned. Nothing more to say.

I was recommended by a friend. The service was excellent. They were kind and expedient. The quality was excellent. I’ll definitely be back and tell my friends in the Entertainment Industry to use this company. Superb.

Disorganized, frantic, confused sums up their staff. Ben, who is supposedly one of the owners, has zero knowledge of the business or their offerings. He kept me waiting for nearly 1/2 an hour while he frantically went back and forth from his computer (in the back) to the front desk so that he could answer simple pricing questions. Another staff member was working an hour after his end time and the third, who was new, was doing the best he could. I love supporting local business but they dropped the ball hard and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Roadrunner customer service is amazing. They are always helping me out when I need it for my photography needs. I can count on them for any emergencies that come up. I can't recommend them enough. I am happy to have found such a great local shop to help me.

Roadrunner's service was exceptional. I made calls to FedEx Kinko's and to Staples and they both needed two days to deliver. Roadrunner got us what we needed the same day, literally, 4 hours later. The manager was thoughtful and creative and couldn't have provided a better experience. The service was so good it prompted me to write my first Google review. I encourage you to give Roadrunner a shot.
