Well, Michaels in Tustin really left me hanging - literally! I went in to grab some yarn for my girlfriend ' blanket project, but I couldn't find a single employee to help me out. The self-checkout was a nightmare, and when We finally managed to ask a question, We got the stink eye from the cashier. Looks like my girl starting to think I'll never get that blanket - maybe She just have to knit one out of pure frustration instead. This place is a yarn-tastrophe!

Came in to but a couple of items. Only 2 people working during mid afternoon and the location that it is in is busy . Both bathrooms out of order, no one on sales floor to respond to questions or assist. The guy in framing couldn't help a customer with a framing question. I tried to help. Wandered the store looking for what I would like...... Sad.

I went to Michaels in search of appliques to add to my favorite robe. I didn't find any, but I did find some other items I can use for gardening and for the glass I fuse. The store west uncrowded and the employees were very pleasant. It was a good experience.

The reviews have been quite negative. I've had to go back at least three times, and each time something was missing. The information was never provided upfront. For example, the website mentioned that pickup was available, but it turns out the store didn't have the item. We didn't have stock, so I replaced it with a different color and size, but I didn't inform the customer about this change. Instead, I just left it up to the customer to cancel the order and pay the additional shipping costs themselves.

I went to Michael’s on 9/11 to get birthday balloons for my son. I was so surprised to see how clean, and organized the store was and thrilled to see all the Halloween decorations carefully propped up, and they are already discounts on some of the store items too. I loved this place, and will be coming back soon
